Since January 1986 following our launch and the completion of our first Industrial and Residential developments. EPL Midlands has been setting high standards in projects delivered for our clients both large and small. We treat all of clients with utmost respect with the aim of delivering a quality service in a safe and sustainable manner.
Over the last three and a half decades we have had the honour of serving some of the largest blue chip companies in the UK and also International banks with refurbishment and construction works. We have also had the pleasure of working with small family businesses, housing associations and individual clients. Helping them to achieve their property related goals.

One of the great benefits of our work at EPL Midlands with schools, is the opportunity for the school to incorporate elements of our work into the learning experience of pupils, this valuable and rewarding part of what we do helps pupils to link their valuable school work with real world examples of the application of their academic studies.
We were recently asked by one head of school to specify solar panels which provided a visual contrast to the existing roof structure so as to aid the learning experience of pupils and provide a reminder of the solar photovoltaic installation on a daily basis, keeping the principle of energy from daylight in pupils, staff and visitors minds, we were happy to oblige and the installation has been a huge success for the school allowing them to generate their own energy giving some fuel security in difficult times and providing a valuable learning legacy.
